How do I access my WKU ID Card account services on ManageMyID.com?
Resolution
This article is provided only for your convenience. The WKU ITS Unit does not manage or support ManageMyID.com or WKU ID Cards. Please contact the
WKU ID Center with any additional concerns.
The WKU ITS Unit does not manage accounts on ManageMyID.com. If you need to add funds to your WKU ID Card (e.g. Dining Dollars or Big Red Dollars), you can do so through TopNet by following these instructions.
- Choose your Institution, KY-Western Kentucky University.
- If this is your first time logging in, click the link to sign up.
- Enter your WKU ID number.
- Enter your email address.
- Create a password.
- Check your email and follow the instructions in the registration email.
