Enabling Adobe PDF Plugin

Issue/Question

My Convert to PDF button on the Firefox toolbar has disappeared.

Environment

• Mozilla Firefox

Cause

Updating Firefox or Adobe Acrobat may cause the extension to be disabled.

Resolution

Enable the Adobe Acrobat extension

1. Click the  Menu button.
2. Click Add-ons and themes.
3. Select  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Extensions on the left navigation pane..​​​​​​
4. Click Enable next to the Adobe Acrobat - Create PDF extension.
5. Restart Firefox.
