Cisco Phone Voice Feedback

Issue/Question

When using my Cisco phone there is a voice that provides feedback after every button press.

Environment

  • Cisco phone

Cause

The voice feedback option has been enabled through the phone's accessibility settings.

Resolution

  1. On the Cisco phone, press the  Settings button.
  2. Press 3 for Accessibility.
  3. Select Voice Feedback and press Off.
