Issue/Question
I cannot see the top or bottom of a window because it is cut off.
Environment
Cause
Windows may encounter a display error where full-size windows are cut off at either the top or bottom. Sometimes this problem occurs and there is a white bar that stretches across the display, preventing items from being seen or clicked.
Resolution
If possible, resize the full-screen window so that it is no longer in full-screen. This will cause the program to be displayed properly. If this is not possible, save any open work and reboot your computer. Should the issue persist, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
