How do I enable or disable sending encrypted messages using Outlook Web Access (OWA)?

Resolution
When composing a new message in OWA there will be a shield icon in the ribbon at the top of your message to enabled encryption. If encryption has been enabled and you need to remove it, the option to remove encryption will be shown in the email to be selected.
