Finding Student Email Address from WKU ID Numbers

How do I find student email addresses from a WKU ID Number? 

Environment

  • TopNet

Resolution

You must first have TopNet Advisor access to retrieve student email addresses from WKU ID Numbers. If you do not have TopNet Advisor access but believe that you should, please see this article for further assistance.
  1. Log into TopNet. 
  2. Select the Advisors & Student Data Inquiry tab. 
  3. Enter in the student's WKU ID number at the top of the page. 
  4. Click Submit. 
  5. Click the Email Address link to display the student's email address. 
  6. Repeat from step 3 as needed for each additional student.
