How do I reset Firefox?

Resolution

Method 1

Open Mozilla Firefox.
Press Alt on the keyboard to reveal the Menu.
Choose Help.
Select Troubleshooting Information.
Choose Refresh Firefox.
Be sure to read the prompt and choose Refresh Firefox.

Method 2

Type about:support in the address bar.
At the top right corner, click the button that says Refresh Firefox.
Once the process is complete Firefox will reopen and the browser should be back to default settings.
