Entering ePSA Pre-Boot System Assessment

Issue/Question

When I started my computer, the ePSA Pre-Boot System Assessment loaded automatically. What do I do?

Cause

The ePSA may load automatically if the computer was unplugged or lost power unexpectedly.

Resolution

1. Let the assessment complete.
2. Once the assessment finishes, and if no failures were found, restart the computer.
3. Windows should boot like normal.
4. If your computer is still unable to boot, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
