Issue/Question
A monitor in an IVS Classroom is displaying the error message Not Available.
Resolution
This message can be encountered in these IVS Classrooms:
- AC 212
- MMTH 250
- GW 162A
- GW 164
- GW 168
- GW 170
- GW 172
- ET 117
- ET 144
- ET 225
- ET 226

- If monitor is in one of the following IVS Classrooms, you will need to go to classroom:
- AC 212 - Instructor (2) & Student monitors (4)
- MMTH 250 - Left Instructor monitor
- GW 162A - Student monitor
- GW 164 - Instructor & (4) student monitors
- GW 168 - Instructor (2) monitors
- GW 170 - Instructor & (4) student monitors
- GW 172 - Instructor (2) monitors
- ET 117 - Instructor (2) & left student monitor
- ET 144 - Student (2) monitors
- ET 225 - Instructor (2) monitors
- ET 226 - Instructor (2) & left student monitor
- Look in the bottom right-hand corner of monitor.
- Is the non-working monitor a Revolution HD monitor?
- If yes, continue. If no, skip to #9.
- Unplug the power cord from power source.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Replug the power cord into power source and turn on monitor.
- If monitor is now working, update/close TD ticket, and STOP here.
- Additional troubleshooting will need to be performed by 2nd level support.
- Update TD ticket
- List troubleshooting steps performed.
- List the brand name of monitor.
