Reinstalling Software


I purchased some software from the Software Center site. How do I reinstall it?


  1. Sign into the Software Center.
  2. Click Hello, [Your NetID].
  3. Select Your Account/Orders.
  4. Locate the software order in question and click View Details. Installation instructions, serial/product key and authorization code are displayed in the Order Summary section.
  5. Click Start Download.
  6. Follow the instructions on screen to finish installation.

 Note: If the install limit has been reached please contact the ITS Service Desk to request a reinstall.
