Viewing Departmental Calendars

How do I access my department's calendar?

Environment

  • Windows
    • Outlook 2016

Resolution

  1. Click ... at the bottom of Outlook.
  2. Select Folders.
  3. Expand Public Folders.
  4. Expand All Public Folders.
  5. Expand your department's folder.
  6. Right-click on your department's calendar.
  7. Select Add to Favorites... .
  8. Click Add.
  9. Expand Favorites folder.
  10. Click your calendar.
  11. Click at the bottom of Outlook.
  12. Expand Other Calendars.
  13. Your department's calendar is now listed.
  14. Check-mark the calendar to display it.
