Resolution

WKU ITS provides all support for ZOOM Call Recording. If you experience issues with the software, do not contact the vendor. Listed below are resolutions to common issues. If these steps do not solve your issue, please submit a ticket via our Service Catalog or contact the WKU ITS Service Desk.

  • Ensure that Internet Explorer is being used.
  • Ensure audio is not muted.
  • Reboot the computer.
