Printing from Chrome Fails

Issue/Question

When I print from Chrome nothing happens. 

Environment

• Google Chrome

Cause

Using Chrome's built-in printing window can cause print jobs to fail if the printer requires authentication or user codes to be input to complete a job. To bypass this, you must use the System Print Dialog, rather than the one built into Google Chrome. 

Resolution

1. Navigate to the area you wish to print. 
2. Click File. 
3. Select Print. 
4. Click Print Using System Dialog.
5. Adjust settings as needed for your printing preferences and needs. 
6. Click Print.
