WKU Wireless Networks Not Connecting After Upgrading to Windows 10

Issue/Question

My laptop was recently upgraded to Windows 10. It will no longer connect to the WKU wireless networks.

Resolution

Please contact the ITS Service Desk to have your computer's hardware evaluated, as some models of laptops are equipped with wireless cards that are incompatible with our wireless network after being upgraded to Windows 10. If the card is determined to be the cause, a replacement card will need to be purchased.
