Creating Quotes for Apple Device Purchases Through TopShop

Issue/Question

How can I build quotes for a department to use for TopShop purchasing?

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Apple Online Store.
  2. Search for Western Kentucky University.
  3. Select Browse as guest.
  4. Select the category from which you will build a quote (e.g. Mac > MacBook Pro).
  5. Locate the desired device and click Configure.
  6. Customize the components as needed.
  7. Click Add to Cart.
  8. Enable the checkbox to include AppleCare+ for the device, if applicable.
  9. Click Update.
  10. Click Send Cart.
  11. Enter your name, email address, and phone number.
  12. Enter the email address of the person needing the quote, and any comments you want to include.
  13. Click Submit.
  14. The quote can then be used to create a requisition in TopShop.
