How do I reconnect a Ricoh printer on a lab computer?
Environment
Windows
Resolution
In the
search bar at the bottom of the screen, type
Command Prompt
.
In Command Prompt, type
gpupdate /force
and press
Enter
.
Note:
Please make sure there is a space between gpupdate and the / mark
The screen should display a message stating the update completed successfully. You will need to close and reopen the document to see it display in the printer list
Note:
If this process does not work, you will need to use a different computer.
