Reconnecting a Printer to a Lab Computer

How do I reconnect a Ricoh printer on a lab computer? 

Environment

• Windows

Resolution

1. In the search bar at the bottom of the screen, type Command Prompt.
2. In Command Prompt, type gpupdate /force and pressEnter.
   • Note: Please make sure there is a space between gpupdate and the / mark 
3. The screen should display a message stating the update completed successfully. You will need to close and reopen the document to see it display in the printer list
   • Note: If this process does not work, you will need to use a different computer.
