Infoview Report Error

Issue/Question

When I try to run Infoview reports, I get the following error:

404 - Page Not Found.

Environment

• Internet Explorer 10+
  • Infoview

Cause

Newer versions of Internet Explorer (10+) are not compatible with Infoview reports.

Resolution

• Internet Explorer 9 can be used. For assistance downgrading, see this article.
• Alternatively, using a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, will also work.
