How do I add my WKU email to my Windows mobile device (i.e. phone or tablet)?

Resolution
Note: Student workers and departmental/generic Exchange accounts do not have the ability to add their account to mobile devices, by default. Please contact the ITS Service Desk to request this feature be enabled.
- On the Start screen, tap or click Mail.
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and tap Settings.
- Tap or click Accounts.
- Tap or click Add an account.
- Choose Microsoft Exchange as account type.
- Enter in email address and NetID password.
- Tap or click Add/Next.
Note: If the email account does not add just by email and password you may need to enter outlook.office365.com
as the server
