Adding Exchange Email (Windows)

How do I add my WKU email to my Windows mobile device (i.e. phone or tablet)?

  • Windows Mobile

Resolution

Note: Student workers and departmental/generic Exchange accounts do not have the ability to add their account to mobile devices, by default. Please contact the ITS Service Desk to request this feature be enabled.

  1. On the Start screen, tap or click Mail.
  2. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and tap Settings.
  3. Tap or click Accounts.
  4. Tap or click Add an account.
  5. Choose Microsoft Exchange as account type.
  6. Enter in email address and NetID password.
  7. Tap or click Add/Next.

Note: If the email account does not add just by email and password you may need to enter outlook.office365.com as the server
