How do I download all student submissions for a regular assignment, SafeAssign assignment, or test?

• Blackboard Ultra

Resolution

These steps are the same for regular assignments, SafeAssign assignments, and assessments. 

1. Open Ultra course. .
2. Access the Gradebook.
3. Select title column for the assignment or assessment.
4. Within Assessment Details column (right), select   .
5. Select Download Submissions.
6. Select the students for which you intend to download the assignment, or choose the check box next to Name to select all.
7. Choose Create ZIP File.
8. You will be prompted to “Send ZIP file?”. Choose Send.
9. Once the files have been successfully compressed into a ZIP file, you may open the email or Course Message you received and click Download now.
