Default Destination of Voicemail Messages (Cisco Phones)

Where are my voicemails stored after they are received?

Environment

• Cisco Phones

Resolution

The default setup for voicemail system is to have messages sent to your WKU email address (@wku.edu) in the form of a .wav audio file attachment.

Note: If a physical answering machine is used, messages will not be sent to your email account.
