How do I setup an email rule to filter Business Services TeamDynamix emails from my inbox?
Environment
- Business Services Ticketing
- Outlook
Resolution
- Log into your email through Webmail Login.
- Right-click on Inbox.
- Select Create new subfolder.
- Type TeamDynamix Tickets as the name.
- Click Rules in the top navigation.
- Select Manage rules.
- Click Add new rule.
- In the Name your rule box type TeamDynamix Tickets Filtering.
- Click Select a condition box and select Subject includes.
- In the Enter words to look for box type WKU Business Services.
- In the Select an action box select Move to.
- In the Select a folder box select TeamDynamix Tickets folder.
- Click Save.
