How do I access my W-2 form on TopNet?

Resolution

If you are a retiree, former employee or former student, and need a W-2 form, please contact the Payroll Office.
  1. Log into TopNet.
  2. Click TopNet Login.
  3. Sign in with your WKU Account.
  4. Click Employee Services tab.
  5. Click Tax Forms.
  6. Click Taxes.
  7. Click W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.
  8. Select Tax Year.
  9. Click Display.
  10. Your W-2 Wage and Tax Statement will appear, and you will have the option to print and view as PDF by clicking Printable W-2 button.
