Adding Emails/Domains To Safe Senders List

Issue/Question

How do I stop email addresses or domains (eg. topper.wku.edu) from going into my junk folder?

Environment

• Outlook Web Access

Resolution

1. Log into OWA.
2. Select Settings  in the upper-right corner.
3. Select View all Outlook settings towards the bottom.
4. Expand Mail. 
5. Select Junk email.
6. Locate the Safe Senders and domains header.
7. Select Add.
8. Enter the domain or email address, then press the Enter key.
9. Click  Save.
