Opening SAS

I have installed SAS. How do I open/use it?

Resolution

When installing SAS, a shortcut should be created for it in the Start Menu. If it cannot be located, you can manually create a desktop shortcut:

1. Open Computer.
2. Navigate to C:\program files\SAS\SASFoundation\9.3\ or C:\program files (x86)\SAS\SASFoundation\9.3\.
3. Right-click sas or sas.exe.
4. Select Copy.
5. Right-click on the Desktop.
6. Select Paste Shortcut.
