Inserting a Link in a Discussion Board Post

How do I insert a link into my discussion board post?

Environment

• Blackboard

Resolution

1. Type in the URL or text.
2. Highlight URL or text.
3. Click Chain Icon  in the WYSIWG editor.
4. Type in URL including http:// or https:// in Link Path.
5. Change Target to Open in New Window(_blank).
6. Click Insert.
