Disabling Pop-up Blocker

Issue/Question

The site I want to access loads through a pop-up window. It is being blocked by Internet Explorer. How do I let it load?

Cause

By default, Internet Explorer blocks any pop-up window.

Resolution

1. Click the Tools gear wheel.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Click to clear Turn on Pop-up Blocker to turn Pop-up Blocker off.

After the site no longer needs to be accessed, it is recommended to turn the Pop-up Blocker back on.
