Issue/Question
I accidentally deleted a file/folder on one of the networked drives (Personal, Shared, or Secure). Can that be restored?
Resolution
Files and folders are automatically backed up daily. Please submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk.
Note: Backups are kept for the past 7 days. Files or folders deleted more than 7 days ago cannot be restored.
