Blackboard Emails Sending To Exchange Inbox

Information for the default email behavior from Blackboard emails to Exchange account.

Issue/Question

I am receiving Blackboard related emails in my Exchange email inbox, not my TopperMail inbox. Why is this?

Environment

Cause

The user has both an Exchange account and a TopperMail account.

Resolution

In instances where an user has both an active Exchange account and TopperMail account, the default account used with Blackboard will be the Exchange account. There is currently no way to change this.
