Hyperlinks Won't Open

Instructions for opening a hyperlink (URL) in Blackboard when clicking the hyperlink doesn't work.

Issue/Question

When I click a hyperlink in Blackboard it says that it can't display the webpage within Blackboard itself.

Cause

The link was not set by the professor to open in a new tab or a new window.

Resolution

Right-click the hyperlink and select to open it in a new window or tab.
