How do I create a signature in Outlook 2019 for Mac?

Resolution
- Open Outlook.
- Click the Outlook menu.
- Select Preferences ... .
- Under Email, click Signatures.
- Under Signature name, click (Add a signature).
- Double-click Untitled, and enter a name for the new signature. The name you give your signature is for your reference. It doesn't appear in the signature of your messages.
- Under Signature, enter your desired signature for outgoing messages.
- Under Choose default signature, you will need to set signatures for both new messages as well as replies and forwards.
