What should I do if I'm having issues with my webcam when trying to record through Mediasite?

Resolution

1. Check to make sure your privacy settings allow access to your camera.
2. Try using a different USB port.
3. Update the driver for your webcam.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the camera driver.
5. If possible, try using another webcam.
6. Reinstall the Mediasite Mosaic Recorder.
