Not Authorized to View E-Signature Form Error

Information on what to do when you receive the error "You are not authorized to view this form" when trying to view an E-Signature form.

Issue/Question

Why do I get this error when I click a link in my email for an E-Signature form?

You are not authorized to view this form.

Environment

• E-Signature Forms

Cause

Someone forwarded the E-Signature email to you, or they copied and pasted the E-Signature link in a email to you.  

Resolution

You must be sent the link through the E-Signature form itself.  The person wanting to send you the form should use the field at the bottom of the form where they can type in your email address and click Send.
