Renaming Files

How do I rename or reorder files within a folder?

Environment

• Window
• macOS

Resolution

Windows

1. Highlight the file or folder.
2. Right-click the file and click Rename from the menu that appears.

macOS

1. Select the item you want to rename, then press Return.
2. Enter a new name.
3. Press Return again.

Files are automatically sorted numerically and then alphabetically.
