How do I deactivate Microsoft 365 licenses so I can install it on another computer?

Please select an instruction set below.
- Log into TopperMail.
- Click the Settings button.
- Click your account icon in the upper-right corner.
Note: This may be a round icon with your initials in it, or it could be a picture that you may have uploaded for your profile.
- Select View Account.
- Click Office apps MANAGE .
- Click Sign out next to the desired device name. If you choose the wrong device, you can always activate it again by signing in.
- Click Sign out to confirm your choice.
- Go here.
- Sign in using your WKU email address and NetID password.
Note: You may be asked to authenticate via Duo. Complete this to log into the account.
- Click your account icon in the upper-right corner.

- Select View Account.
- Click View apps & devices.
- Click DEVICES to show currently activated devices.
- Click Sign out next to the desired device name. If you choose the wrong device, you can always activate it again by signing in.
- Click Sign out to confirm your choice.
