How do I auto-hide the Icon Dock on my Mac? 

Environment

  • macOS

Resolution

  1. Open System Preferences. 
  2. Select Dock. 
  3. Check Automatically hide and show the Dock. 
  4. Exit System Preferences to save this option. 
  5. To revert back, simply un-check the Automatically hide and show the Dock option in System Preferences.
