OWA Redirects to Blank Page

Instructions on what you want to if OWA redirects to a blank page when you try to access it.

Issue/Question

OWA displays a blank page after I sign in.

Environment

• Office365

Resolution

1. Follow the steps in these articles to clear the web browser's cache:
   • Clearing Cache (Internet Explorer)
   • Clearing Cache (Safari)
   • Clearing Cache (Firefox)
   • Clearing Cache (Chrome)
2. If the issue persists, flush the DNS cache of the computer.
   • Windows
     1. Open a Command Prompt.
     2. Type ipconfig /flushdns
     3. Press Enter.
3. Use another DNS server.
   • Google Public DNS
   • Verisign Public DNS
   • OpenDNS Public DNS
