Cursor Randomly Jumps to Another Question in Test or Survey

Information about a known issue with the cursor jumping around during tests and surveys in Blackboard.

Issue/Question

When I am taking a Blackboard test or survey, my cursor randomly jumps to a different question's WYSIWYG answer box.

Cause

This is a known issue that only occurs in Internet Explorer 11.

Resolution

Take the test or survey in a browser other than Internet Explorer 11, such as Chrome or Firefox.
