Exporting a Single Grade Column in the Grade Center to an Excel File

How do I export a single grade column with just the Student Names and their respective grade for a test?

Blackboard Original

Open Full Grade Center for Course you need to export.
In upper right corner of the Grade Center, the Offline option is shown with a down arrow.
Click down arrow and display the drop down box to choose Download option.
Under Data area, choose Selected Column and pick column to export.
You can keep reset of defaults to export column to an Excel file on your computer.
Click Submit.

Blackboard Ultra

Click Grades tab within Gradebook.
In top right, select Download Gradebook icon.
Choose whether or not you wish to download Full Gradebook, which will pull all grades into gradebook, or Grade History, which only pulls history of changes made to grades.
Under Record Details, choose assignment or item you wish to include in your download. The options listed should correspond with columns within your gradebook. If desired, toggle the option ON to Include feedback for the selected item.
Specify desired File Type.
Under Save Location, choose My Device.
Click Download.

You should now be able to open your downloaded file.
