Printing Document and Markups

How do I print my PDF document and markups from Adobe Reader? 

Environment

• Adobe Acrobat Reader 9+

Resolution

1. Open the document with markups that you wish to print. 
2. Click File. 
3. Click Print.
4. From the Comments and Forms drop down list, select Document and Markups.
5. Click Print.
