Issue/Question

How do I see and edit who I have shared my Exchange calendar with?

Environment

  • Outlook 2016

Cause

You can view and edit individual users' permissions on your calendar, as well as permissions for Default and Anonymous users.

Resolution

  1. Open your Outlook calendar.
  2. Under My Calendars, right-click on your calendar.
  3. Choose Properties...
  4. Select the Permissions tab. 
  5. You can select each entry to review and edit the sharing permissions.
