Removing Callers from Conference Calls

How do I remove a caller from a conference call?

Environment

• Cisco Phones

Resolution

1. Press Show Details on the bottom of the screen. You may need to press the more options button (two circles) in the bottom right of the screen if you do not see show details.
2. Using the directional pad, highlight the caller you wish to remove.
3. Press Remove.
4. The caller will be disconnected and removed from the conference call.

 Note: Only the individual that initiated the conference call can remove callers from a conference call.
