How do I add or remove someone to my Blocked Senders list?
Environment
Resolution
- Log into your email account.
- Click Settings in top right.
- Click Mail.
- Click Junk email.
- Click Blocked Senders and domains under Senders.
- Click Add blocked sender and input email address.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
- Log into your email account.
- Click Settings in top right.
- Click Mail.
- Click Junk email.
- Locate Blocked senders and domains list under Senders.
- Hover over email and click Delete to remove blocked sender.
