Exporting Blackboard Full Grade Center as Excel File

How do I export my Blackboard Grade Center to an Excel file? 

Environment

• Blackboard

Resolution

1. Log into Blackboard. 
2. Navigate to the course in question. 
3. Expand Grade Center.
4. Click Full Grade Center. 
5. To the right of the Full Grade Center, hover over Work Offline.
6. Click Download.  
7. Select the options you would like to export. 
8. Click Submit. 
9. Click Download. 
10. Open the file you have downloaded. 

 Note: You may be given a pop-up message that states the the Excel file is not safe due to the fact that the file was not created using Excel, but rather made through Blackboard. In order to open the file you will have to accept the security risk prompt.
