Requesting ITS Service Desk Make Changes by Phone

The ITS Service Desk cannot make changes to course sites or the grade center.

Can the ITS Service Desk make changes to my Blackboard course site or grade center?

Cause

Occasionally, instructors may need to update their course site or grade center when they don't have a computer with a supported browser available.

Resolution

The ITS Service Desk does not have access to view or change course sites or grades in Blackboard. We cannot help make any changes to course content or the grade center, except over a screen sharing session with the course instructor. This security measure protects the integrity of student grades.
