Resetting Qualtrics Password

I am having issues getting signed into Qualtrics. How do I reset my password?

Resolution

1. Go to this page on the Qualtrics site.
2. Click Reset your password here.
3. Type your WKU email address.
4. Click Send me an email.

If resetting your password does not work, or the account is disabled, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
