Loading Blocked Plug-Ins or Extensions in Chrome

Issue/Question

How do I enable a blocked plug-in or extension on a web page using Chrome?

Environment

• Google Chrome

Resolution

1. Navigate to the site in question. 
2. To the left of the web address where the site name is, click the Lock  or Info  icon. 
3. The plug-ins / extensions needed by the page should be listed; click allow for each plug-in / extension. 
4. Reload the page.
