Images Not Loading (Outlook Classic)

Issue/Question

When I open an email with embedded images, the images do not load.

Environment

  • Windows
    • Outlook Classic

Resolution

  1. Click File.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select Trust Center. 
  4. Click Trust Center Settings.
  5. Uncheck the checkbox  for Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items.
  6. Click OK.
