Body

Issue/Question

How do I add links into the Top Navigation menu in Web CMS?

Environment

  • Web CMS

Cause

A site's Top Navigation menu cannot be edited from a single page. Changes must be made from it's own file.

Resolution

Links are organized in a bulleted list. The following example demonstrates a portion of the organization of the Top Navigation menu from the Web CMS example site.
The Top Navigation menu appears at the top of every page within a site above the main content. It cannot be edited from a single page. Changes must be made from it's own file.
  1. Navigate to the site's main folder.
  2. Click _topnav.pcf.
Note: Only the navigation bar will be displayed in the preview window.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click the green WYSIWYG Top Navigation to edit the links.
  5. After making desired changes click Save.
