My department has purchased an iPad. What needs to be done for it to be used?
Resolution
iPads purchased from Apple through TopShop are automatically setup for management. When you turn the device on and connect it to WiFi, it will prompt to confirm enrollment. Once you advance through the initial device setup, it will be ready for use.
