Requesting A Degree Validation Letter

Issue/Question

How can I prove that I was awarded a degree from WKU without having a transcript?

Resolution

1. Log into TopNet.
   Note: Only active Students, Faculty, and Staff can access TopNet. If you are inactive, contact the Registrar for assistance.
2. Click Student Services.
3. Click Student Records.
4. Click Degree Verification Letter.
5. Click on the hyperlink Degree Verification Letter.
   Note: This file can be downloaded and/or printed if needed in physical form.
